At Bri Dandrea Massage Therapy, we want to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge necessary to experience the most of your in-home therapeutic massage session. Below are some frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your appointment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW AS A FIRST TIME CLIENT?
Welcome! We look forward to meeting your massage needs, and meeting your pets and kids! If you use our booking site to schedule, it is considered a requested appointment until our therapist approves it. Only after you receive a text message that your appointment has been approved is it actually considered on the books! Appointments are subject to denial if you live outside of our service radius or if it is not possible to arrive on time from the previous appointment. You may receive a text prior to receiving an appointment approval to verify information such as location, how you heard about us, and reviewing our policies. If you have any questions, please feel free to text us at (720) 400-3205!
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Once you request an appointment through our Square site, our therapist will review it and reach out to you. When your appointment is approved, please visit the Terms and Conditions page on our website to sign the agreement. This must be completed prior to your first appointment or your session will be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to charge. New clients must schedule their first appointment through Square to create a client profile. This will include your name, address, phone number, email, and credit card. Please note, card information is secure and will be kept on file and used for same day cancellations only.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?
Everything necessary to create a therapeutic experience will be provided! Please plan for an additional 30-60 minutes per appointment to account for setting up, a verbal consultation, and packing up. When we arrive, direct the therapist to the designated massage space and we will begin creating a healing sanctuary within your home. If you haven't already done so, please share with your therapist if there is a specific place you would like them to park. A clear pathway should be available from the parking spot to the designated massage area for the therapist's safety.
WHERE WILL MY IN-HOME MASSAGE TAKE PLACE?
Bri Dandrea Massage Therapy will need a space big enough for the massage table and the therapist to move around. At a minimum, the space will have to be approximately 8'x10'. Areas such as living rooms, basements, large bedrooms, offices, in-home gyms, and outdoor patios are all acceptable places to set up the massage space. If you have any concerns about the size or location of an area in your home, text us a picture of your space! We'd be more than happy to help determine where would be the best location for your appointment.
Need to fill out a Minor Parental Consent form?
All minor clients require written consent prior to the massage appointment. Parents or guardians can access this form here.
